is there any software that can make the phone less hot?

My S2 sometimes the internet connection seems not to be responding. Mostly in my office I can see the H of 3G symbol however I'm unable to open any webpage. I need to deactivate data and activated it again in order to browse the web again.

Is it a firmware issue? someone who encounter this before can share a tip to fix this

Phone stolen(thief break in house). any idea how to track? freaking regret dint install d samsung tracker software.

I also have that same issue where I have to toggle the Wi-Fi and 3g sometimes. I don't like it as well but Widgets and shortcuts make it better

It's been a bit of a bumpy ride since I switched over to the "dark side" (used to have an iPhone ) but hopefully this firmware update will get rid of the annoying battery problems.

I'm just expecting it to last one day on medium use, with GPS off and 3G on for most of the day. That's not unrealistic, is it? Cause right now I'm only getting about 12 hours, with Android OS and Android System taking up a fair bit of battery. Flashing from 2.3.3 to 2.3.4 should at least help, right?

Did you read official thread page 1 FAQ on battery issues n management.  My phone with 3g on 24/7 with active data download every hour email, tweet, RSS n call/SMS n browsing average 2 hours can last me 10-12 hours

how come my whatsapp cannot see my contact's name, some can see, some can't, while viber can?

To tell the truth, my style of using this phone is quite erratic. At times when i got mood, i use this phone non-stop until batt dried after 6 hours. Sometime i just let it sit idle with only a little call and sms only then my batt can go nearly 5 days ~~ sigh~~
