I want to apply PL .. Below is the details :

Basic Salary : 5.7k
Allowance : 3k -4k
Gross salary : 9k +
Credit card : 4, highest 20k credit limit. Usage around 35k over 70k total. All less than 1 year.
Housing Loan : 2, both of it served more than 5 years. Total RM1k repayment.
Car Loan : RM650

CCRIS checked last month. All cleared. 000000000000 ...

How much I can get? and which bank offer the lowest rate?If possible I need those flexi and not flat rate as I'm waiting for my refinance disbursement then I can settle off the PL. I just need it for downpayment.

How is the calculation of 0.74% per month? If lets say I take a RM10k loan and intend to pay it back in 5 years, how much is the monthly installment?

4440 for your interest , then add back 10k then divide by 60 which is 240.66667 per month.

depends on the bank.

but normally yes - it will be considered a restructured account. The bank is obliged to help you out, and it is in their interest to do so. After all, if the bank does nothing, you will only become delinquent.

yes it is...that's y how ploan works....for every business man, we always persuade them to use ploan first...COC for emergency use or we called last chance....cos it doesnt need any terms and condition, as long as card is not locked and with available limit...
