There are several income documentation

Option 1 : Latest 3 months payslip + latest epf
Option 2 : Latest 3 months payslip + 3 months bank statment proof showing salary credited as per payslip
Option 3 : Borang Be Income Tax with tax resit 2012

* If u working under MNC/GLC or Government sector, just payslip will do. Or EA form 2012.

Is it ok if I applying 2 or 3 loan with different bank at the same time.? Or it will reduce my chances to get a loan? Just dont want to waste my time waiting 4 them to reply me.

hmm.gif is there any law/regulations saying that you cannot apply 2 or 3 loan with different bank at the same time?
do you need to pay some fees in advance? other then paper works and time what else would be lost?
how would that reduce your chance to get a loan? I think it should be the other way round. whistling.gif

Yes u can apply more than 2/3/4/5 bank in the same time, but my advice try submit with 2 banks first. Cause once u submit your application, at the ccris record there will be total attemps of application. For Alliance Bank more than 4 application within 6 months would consider as high risk.

Personal loan for study purpose.
Could you tell me more about it?
Can I use house mortgage to extend the personal loan quantity during assessment?
Or, may not do like that. Only may apply separately, can not mix with each other?

Hi guys,

currently I need some advise and opinion from those who had any experience about personal loan for private sector worker like me.

Last week, I have applied the personal loan with Maybank and only today I found out it was rejected (No reason why they are rejected are provided of course).

Fyi, I am working with an IT company with gross income of RM4475.00++.I have maybank dual credit card (Mastercard + Amex) which I never miss the payment every month (which I only pay the minimum payment).I also have AEON loan for electronic device which I never missed the payment. The loan amount with AEON is around RM3000.Previously, I've settled with my first loan with AEON (around RM1400 + RM3800).

Last few days ago, I did browse through few forums and they advise to check the credit status with CTOS and CCRIS.
My status with CTOS was :

SECTION A - IDENTITY NUMBER VERIFICATION
--- No Data Available Here ---
SECTION B - INTERNAL LIST/GROUP EXPOSURE
--- No Data Available Here ---
SECTION C DIRECTORSHIPS AND BUSINESS INTERESTS
--- No Data Available Here ---
SECTION D
--- No Data Available Here ---
SECTION E - TRADE REFEREES & SUBJECT'S COMMENTS
The following referees may provide trade references, on you or companies or businesses which you are or were once associated with, based on their past experience. 1. REFEREE : P1.COM SDN BHD
INCORPORATION DATE : 18-04-2007
NATURE OF BUSINESS : TO CARRY ON GENERAL TRADING OF TELECOMMUNICATION PRODUCTS
ADDRESS : PACKET HUB,159,JLN TEMPLER,PETA.LING JAYA,SEL

Note : P1 service is suck at my area and I never missed the payment every month.Using P1 service for 2 years and since there are no improvement after few complaints were made, I decided to cancel the service and they wanted to charge me because I have 5 months left for the second contract.f*** that shit.I just stop using it and automatically switched it to UNIFI.Less haywire smile.gif

Since I have no time to go to bank Negara to get my CCRIS report, I am not sure if I've bad credit status (kinda worried tho) sad.gif

I have no housing loan (staying at my family's house) no car commitment as I bought it cash on last 2009 and another car was in 2012.

I have no idea why Maybank didn't approve my loan.

and oh ya, I am actually working on one year contract basis (renewable for every 1 year) in my current company for almost 3 years already.

Someone please advise me which bank should I go to apply the loan with low interest rate as I need the money to pursue my study. The loan amount that I need is RM50k. :''(

Maybe because you're working under contract basis. Some banks do not accept salaried employee under contract basis as the job security is not there to proof that you have the capability to pay off the loan if your contract is not renewed the year after.
