As you said that your loan is associated with your salary and you pay your loan by salary deduction. There must be some agreement describing things like loan interest rate, loan period and other things. It totally depends on the agreement but if no agreement exist then nobody can change the things.

Applied for RM60k P/L from Hong Leong Bank but rejected due to CCRIS not being "enough"/"strong". I bought a house recently on January and only have one credit card (forced to take because of the house loan).
My income: RM8k a month, self-employed. No other commitment except for the house, which is under DIBS and only have to start paying in 3 years time, and a credit card which is paid off every month. The reason for the P/L is for temporary emergency, actually I only need RM30k but the loan officer recommended me to write in RM60k, lol. Who else should I try? |

Dear all the sifu
I just got a housing loan for my new launched property which is expected to be finished at 2016. So means that starting from 2016 only I would start the commitment for the housing loan. While the mean time, i would like to take a personal loan and wish to clear this loan by 2016. So would the installment amount of my housing loan consider as part of my commitment during my personal loan processing from now to 2016? |

PL is up to 5 times your salary right? ... in your case 8k x 5 = 40k My income: RM8k a month, self-employed. I saw previously that AEON is the easiest credit bureau to get personal loans since it doesn't look at your CCRIS. Is that true?

QUOTE(mcfeemo @ Aug 3 2013, 05:36 AM) That's what I thought too, but since the loan officer asked to try RM60k, so why not I thought. My case is like this, I might need this emergency fund of RM30k sometime in September, but I'd really like to repay the loan off this year (I got a lumpsum of money coming in end of the year), however if I apply for 6 months P/L, my commitment will seems higher at like atleast RM5k a month, so I planned to get 3 years P/L of RM30k but settle it in 6 months. |

QUOTE(ixus @ Aug 3 2013, 12:31 AM) Dear all the sifu As long your commitment such as credit card, car loan / housing loan not showing at ccris, it wont consider as your commitment. Bcoz normally bank only can track your commitment via ccris record.I just got a housing loan for my new launched property which is expected to be finished at 2016. QUOTE(Denzy @ Aug 3 2013, 09:40 AM) That's what I thought too, but since the loan officer asked to try RM60k, so why not I thought. This is no surprise. It happen to my friend too, he went to a bank to apply RM12K but was surprised to find out that the amount approved was RM30K. This is how the bank officer push for commission. |
