The answer is no. This is because your car loan settlement amount makes it not worth it. Most of the interest has been charged at the start of your loan. This is especially so if you plan to go into another personal loan.

Just to ask for some help/advice , I was thinking of getting a personal loan for roughly around 8-15k. I dont mind those repayments from bank for 5 years but the problem is my ccris/ctos is too clean( no track records) and my business is running on cash term basis. So i dont deposit any of my payments into my bank account. I have approached some banks and usually it will be rejected.

Anyone got any solutions or advice to give?

You don't have car or house loan? Credit cards?

I do have a car, but when it was bought under my fathers name but i just settled the payments. So in the end i still dont have track record >_<" . I was always a cash person, so i didnt really fancy credit cards.

I want to apply for PL, just ask alrajhi coz got link to my company.. But they want basic 3.5k at least.. Problem is, my basic lower than that. But my allowance almost double than that. They don't consider that allowance because it's not fix allowance.
Anyone have contact?
Btw, how long is the max loan period? I heard max 10yr.. But I got fren with 20yr..

Im also in ur position previously, got car but under my mother's name and im just settle the monthly payment..no record on CCRIS.. but for the sake of getting a PL, ive applied for Credit Card and also ASB Loan with EASYRHB and this month is my 2nd month.. as said by Mr Ken_HP above, you got to have at least one year record in CCRIS.. but im in need of money, so now working on loan via credit card Fast Cash from Alliance.. hope my application able to get approval from Alliance.

Just to share...
I know this month cimb & citibank are having very attractive personal loan packages, but the loan amount is taken off firectly from your credit card limit.
Their telemarketers called me up last week.

For citibank, it is 2.66% for 18-mth.
Say if the loan taken is rm10k, total interest is rm399 only.
So mthly pymt is rm578/mth for 18 mths.
Early settlement is 5% of the outstanding if not mistaken.

For cimb - it is 6.99%, 5.99% and 4.99% for 1-yr, 2-yr and 3-yr loan respectively.
And it can be settled earlier without any penalty.

hello guys, which bank offer the best personal loan and kinda easy to approve? currently I wanna make personal loan, but using my sis name since she worked already while I still study.

Depending on what is the reason that rhb rejected you for. If it is because of credit score, then i think most banks would also reject or just the same judgement based on your own record.
