Guys, my car hire purchase interest rate is 4.1% (yes, sangat tinggi).
I still have 6 yrs left to finish it, is it advisable to make full settlement by using a personal loan, where the rate is lower?

Mostly bank require income documentation.
Why don't u just apply for car loan as the interest rate is much more lower compare to p.loan.

how about the payout?
normally payout is not 100%.
so dont think it worth it..because let say the payout of 40k loan is only 38k++ or 39k..so it will actually push the rate to 4.1 something.. more or less like ts hp.

Hye guys,

Need some advice regarding PL application and requirements..

Im working at a Legal Firm in KL and it is my first job since i graduated. Ive been confirmed as a permanent employee there just after 2months probation and have been working there for 5months. Meaning that I got latest 3months salary slip, Letter of Offer for Employment, Letter of Confirmation on Permanent Employment, statement of bank's account where i bank-in my salary and also EPF statement of account.

So, in my mind, i believed that i've all the documents and are in order for me to apply for PL and so I'd tried AmBank, Standard Chartered, UOB, RHB and HSBC. All rejected except for one, AmBank. They did called my office and talked to my boss for confirmation, but unfortunately after a week, my application also got rejected by them.

The rejection is because my name is not in the CCRIS since i have no loan (car, housing, PL etc) under my name. So then I applied for CC (Public Bank CC and Credit Limit is RM8000), which i received on May. .

So mid-June, I'd received the CC statement which states my usage is RM900+ and Ive made payment (RM500) which is more than the minimum limit (RM100), before the due date, 21st of June..

My question is, is it possible for me to apply for PL again even after just a month Ive used it AND even Ive not settled all RM900+??? or do i need to wait for another several more months? Im in kind of need the loan urgently and im going for the maximum loan amount that i can get.

Any suggestion which bank is suitable for me to apply with my current condition as stated above?. As long as the interest rate is 10% and below, Im ready to apply.

Thank you.

The reject your application due to ccris less than 1 year, bcoz nowdays most of the bank minimum requirement would be 1 year ccris record. As for what bank doesn't request min 1 year ccris record, u have to find it yourself hmm.gif
*As long u pay for your minimum payment before due date, they wont be any late payment showing at ccris. But of course there is outstanding amount, as long your total card limit vs total outstanding doesnt more than 60% should be fine.

People without commitments are the most difficult to obtain loan/ card etc, plus without income document, worse, how you get money to pay for your card?

I currently have 4 credit cards, used up all my credit limit CIMB = RM8000 MBF = RM5000 HLB = RM5000 AEON = RM4500 Totalling RM22500. Also have a car loan around RM680 a month. My salary is RM3500 + RM400 petrol allowance working for a Sdn Bhd company. I would like to get a loan of RM23000 to clear up all my credit cards and cancel all of them. Been trying with several banks but all got rejected which I think is due to my bad credit history. Anyone who can kindly advise me on what to do? Is it advisable if I were to get a loan from licensed money lender? Hopefully someone can help me here. Thanks.
