Hi all, I just get my loan rejected from Alliance Bank. On the first stage they mentioned with my salary i can loan up to 23k and the sales say i have high potential to get my loan approved therefore i proceed to submit documents which i opt for loan 15k.

Alliance Bank been called me up and my office as well 2 days later i call back the Alliance sales only i noted myself my loan been rejected which the sales replied without any reason.

Currently, i only have loan commitment for my housing loan and i dont have credit card. wonder is it because that's the main issue my loan being rejected.

Hopefully any agent here could assist me to get my loan approve. the reason for me getting loan is to have renovation for my house to rent out. Please HELP~!!!!

I currently have 4 credit cards, used up all my credit limit CIMB = RM8000 MBF = RM5000 HLB = RM5000 AEON = RM4500 Totalling RM22500. Also have a car loan around RM680 a month. My salary is RM3500 + RM400 petrol allowance working for a Sdn Bhd company. I would like to get a loan of RM23000 to clear up all my credit cards and cancel all of them. Been trying with several banks but all got rejected which I think is due to my bad credit history. Anyone who can kindly advise me on what to do? Is it advisable if I were to get a loan from licensed money lender? Hopefully someone can help me here. Thanks.

It is impossible for you to apply for any personal loan through banks as you don't have a set of income, like what others said, try to borrow from relatives/parents. Thats the most rational way to solve this problem.

Alternatively, try to explain your current situation to the college authorities, let them know that you're undergoing the application of PTPTN and would only be disbursed upon July (maybe ask for extension for the payment of fees OR you could tell them to split it into installment and try to gather money for the meantime so you dont need to pay 5k in one lump sum), i'm sure they would take it under consideration if your PTPTN loan is actually approved.
