Hmm, I heard people say it's best to let the same body parts rests for 48 hours before working that part again. Reschedule the abs and shoulders I think.

Reschedule the abs and shoulders I think. yes, for larger bodyparts i;e chest,legs.... but smaller bodyparts require only 24 hours before u could train them again... that is the day after tomorrow..

usually the routines i see that train bodyparts twice a week have more than 4 workout days, and most of them with AM/PM schedules. imo you should really cut down to training one bodypart once per week.

TBH, it's a terrible routine, even if your goal is to bring up lagging parts. Nothing can grow if you don't give it time to rest. Why don't you look through the stickies or pick a routine off sites like bodybuilding.com for example.
And hitting big muscle groups like back+chest and back+legs on the same day is always gonna end up being sub-par. If you're training properly, meaning keeping intensity high, by the time you finish the first muscle group, you'll be out of energy and you won't optimally train the second one.

I remember u opening a thread askin for advice, I believe the advices given there would have suffice, now u open up a thread asking for routine check when we have specifically told you, as a beginner, follow the stickies, and you come up with your own routine that is all over the place asking us to critique it. You're gonna get steamrolled over if you keep doing this.
Added on October 10, 2011, 7:53 pmAnd quite frankly, even if you're not a beginner, those routines in the stickies would be beneficial.
