Since I have nothing better to do, might as well just explain some stuff to you. Lolz.

Its incorrect when you say "I do 15 push up for each rep about 4 to 5 reps", its supposed to be "I do 15 push ups each SET for about 4 to 5 SETS". Rep is short for repetition, how many repetitions of an exercise in a set.

And no, doing push ups and pull ups alone will not "buff you". Try looking at www.bodybuilding.com, and search for a workout that suits you.
