One question, how to maintain the beach sand to stay in pristine condition? When beach sand made contact with water, the water will be slightly murky unless they wash the sand thoroughly.

Would love to see the completion.

Ahhh....I see, I always had the impression sand will merge with the pool, this method will be feasible in terms of keeping the water clean.

This is hilarious, a pool filled up with sands is marketted as beach swimming pool concept, really cant wait to see it... Whether got wave movement-a-like LOL

I think now left with big unit and price is like > RM800K.
Thus, is quite difficult to sell.
Smaller unit gone.

Not many small unit (1100sqft) for this development... thats why so early sold out. Most unit start from 1400sqft. Currently I think all remaining units are 800k and above before rebate.

Any owner group in facebook or forum?

There's 1200 unit but was snapped up by internal staff before it gets out to the market. There's some unit left abut are over RM800k a pop and without rebate..

if i wanna swim properly without fear of cutting my toes or rubbish everywhere, i go to the pool.

Right now left 1400sf few unit, either facing MEX high way or Kuchai area.

MEX facing after rebate RM796k.

There is one small unit coming available in the market soon at RM690k
