The design looks like high density medium cost apartment with high end condo price.... UOA should ranked most bottom place among prestige developers in Malaysia.... Even wan to chop customers...also must come with nice architectual design....pls learn from Mah Sing (Icon at Segambut), SDB (Windows On the Park at Cheras), YTL (Fennel at Sentul)......at least cannot sell but still willing to own stay...
