I remember last time I ever saw a thread/post at LYN regarding the ability of the Unifi support team to access our router through remote username and password from TM. May I know if this thingy still exist? How can I turn this feature off or change the password in order to avoid them to access my Internet?

By default its turned off now. Latest routers/firmware already disable this feature.

Location is Klang. 1300 88 1221 line all busy.

TM claim that they will provide better service in Unifi service, not like Streamyx. But look at what service they providing us.

24/7 contact?! Been calling for an hours but still no one picking it up!

That HyppTV screen resolution should put under 16:9 otherwise it gets stretched when watching on HDTV even it's connected with HDMI.

How do you do that? Thanks.
