minta maaf bahasa melayu. senang sket nak explain. 2 minggu lepas baru pasang unifi. hari 1st guna kabel LAN connect internet ok, xde problem. 2 3 hari lepas tu, internet lembap. kadang2 xdapat langsung. TAPI channel unifi tv dan kalau guna wireless kat laptop dapat. bila guna kabel LAN je masalah. dah cucuk kat tempat LAN yg lain pun mcm tu gak. last2 beli la ni -> http://www.tp-link.com/us/products/details...odel=TL-WN722NC. apa problem dia ek? masih nak guna LAN sebab lebih stabil nanti. thanks.

BTW, you're using Unifi supplied router (DIR-615 and TM RnD) or your old Streamyx router?

But I used my tp-link with dd-wrt...

Wow... before this I though Unifi "account" server are different from Streamyx one...
How about the speed? You got the subscribed unifi speed or it's still capped based on your old streamyx speed?

4.76mbps and 1mbps upload =)

Guys I suffered Galaxy tab 10.1 3G wifi keep disconnecting at RG TMRND Gen1.0....

Any solution?

Lan cable cucuk kat wifi router.. Jgn cucuk kat Fiber Modem..

Kalu x dapat gak, cuba tukar LAN cable.. tgk IP kat pc dapat atau x..

1) do we need to pay the contractor that install the unifi in our house some kind of installation fees?

2) When will be the 1 month free for 24 months contact?

3) How much will be the first and second bill for vip5 (RM149)?

Finally took the plunge and gotten myself a TP-Link WR1043ND.

Thanks to klseet, the firmware works like a charm.

No more problem using iDevices with the Wifi, previously need to reconnect every few minutes. I've tried all the wifi channels still same.

I am using the white color lucent BTU and 4 homeplugs.

There were some hiccups with the 4 homeplugs at first. i connect BTU to Homeplug on 2nd floor and TPLink on the ground floor. Then another set of homeplug from TPlink to PC in study room.

There were interference if i plug in all 4 homplugs and after i take out the Router to PC Homeplug the WAN light in TPLink is blinking normally, previously was blinking very fast like infinite loop.

So using the TPLink software, i separated the 4 homeplugs into 2 network groups, then been working normally since

Previously i can't ping the black router from my PC, always time out. Now with new TPLink everything works smoothly

And yes, forgot to mention IPTV works fine as well.

But the readings of the speedtest doesn't seem right but my network monitor is showing 1mbps upload...download speed is consistent at 4.76mbps only...

Packet loss is minimal but still less than 1%....ping test jitter from 1-4ms

My unifi around 5mbps download & 9mbps upload.

because odi reach destination bro... i only one hop to that server .. need to test another one

but looks not a problem with ur building or something its on tm side...

One think so weird where, my notebook can't detect wifi after reformat.all available wifi around can detetct but not my wifi.

the IPTV set top box gets quite hot eventhou i switch it to stand by.....u guys usually switch to stand by or straight turn off the power?

just installed unifi after 6days applied online..the speed is amazingly awesome!!for vip5 got nearly 7mb speed..

dah buat dah. dah beli LAN kabel baru. 10-15minit pertama dapat. lepas tu, 'unidentified network'. yang peliknya wifi dengan iptv ok je. ada kena mengena dgn tukar dns ke public dns ke? aku tukar ke google public dns tu.
