I believe the VDSL equipment will be in G floor.. They will use same cable to connect to your unit..

If you current phoneline cannot be used, it's mean the connection already cut of.

In the picture you see the cable goes up.. There goes to another floor. For you floor, surely the cable will go through 1st floor. If the cable not cutoff maybe can still install.. If not, need to wait for new cable.. I wait for almost 1 1/2 month for a new cable when live in flat before. The cable cut off by the thief. Happen 2 times within 6 months..

Why you have credit in Streamyx? If you overpaid, TM will return the money by cheque when you terminate.

You should receive the confirmation email from unifi with all details, user id, phone no and so on..

Suggest call Unifi and confirm with them.

I see..

I think you need to ask TM whether you can ask for refund if you terminate streamyx account because upgrading to Unifi. The only problem here is, you are under contract with additional benefit (cheaper laptop).

If you paid in advance without any benefit, I can confirm you can ask for refund.

Easier 1, connect the TM supplied router LAN port to ur route LAN port (not WAN). Before that, disable DHCP in your router.. That's it..

Unifi don't use phone no.. You register unifi, you will get voip phone no..

Rm 10 is stamp duty. For agreement.

Check out with tmpoint again. I need to go there 3 times to properly terminate my line + 1 Skmm report. Last bill will be in red.

You need to request for rebate. Their system not that terer 1 can know when you line is not working.

Take note the date & time you make a report so you can included those in the rebate request. TM (streamyx) last time no problem 1 asking for rebate. Just everytime also need to request for rebate.

My service is still completely down, I'm typing this from Celcom Mobile Broadband 7.2Mbps (which is a damn lie, I can't even get a clear 50 KB per second with this thing, not to mention constant message saying service currently unavailable. Youtube? Forget it, it takes 3 seconds just to load google front empty page)

I want to know if its my area or just me in this situation. Would it be possible to get them to charge only 50% of this months fees? Its a ripoff if I pay full for only half a months service...

Unifi 5 VIP...Black modem, usual orange white dlink wireless router...

I believe they will give you a rebate if you ask. When I was using streamyx the cable thief took a cable in the apartment and it's take about 1 1/2 month for the service to restore. TM give a rebate after I ask it using the email. Give both start date and end date. They check it out using your login.

Even its 1 month advance but the last pay date equal last day of service so it's still acceptable for me.

Don't think it's HD.. It's HD in the sense of internet streaming maybe.. 1Mbps bitrate is too low for real HD plus the resolution is just SD.. Hardly more than 500-600pixel width.

1080i satellite HD is running around 10Mbps.

Lan cable cucuk kat wifi router.. Jgn cucuk kat Fiber Modem..

Kalu x dapat gak, cuba tukar LAN cable.. tgk IP kat pc dapat atau x..
