anybody encounter incident whr the installers never turn up on the installation date?

my installation is supposed to be 2.30pm 2day but now its 3.20pm and still no signs of them and any calls

2 days ago unifi centre did call me and verify and installation date
*
My experience just 2 weeks ago, supposed to be 2.30pm but no one shows up.
3.30pm - receive call from installer, saying that he will be late, will arrive at 4.30pm
5.00pm - still not arrive, I call back to his handphone, he said still installing at another location, later only can come over. I then call Unifi hotline to complain, customer service say will try to see if can find back-up team / area supervisor.
5.30pm - another installer call up, say he will try to arrange back-up. I think he is supervisor.
5.35pm - he call again, say someone will come over within 30 minutes
6.00pm - he call again, saying they arrive the apartment wiring room, doing some wiring work
6.15pm - junior installer arrive, with box of equipment....start installing.....
6.45pm - all done.

question being, do you need faster upload speeds? do you need better ping times? if yes, unifi will be a better choice for you.

unifi will call you next day after appointment date and ask you whether the installation is complete or not.

then you can complaint to her until the cows come home.

in my case they came early but of course called me first whether ok or not.

sometimes unforeseen circumstances can make the installation longer than usual like what happened in my house the other day.

their driller suddenly went kaput, so they have to go out and buy a new one. luckily nearby my house there are a few hardware stores.

i think i can conclude Unifi really throttle Fileserve and megaupload download speed, not sure about other file hosting site.

I've premium account for both of them, can only get 50kb to 180kb+

I tried other normal download for example from www.download.com and i manage to get my 10mbps full speed.

Is there anyway to get back full speed for file hosting site? does VPN work?
