QUOTE(IwanAGP @ Sep 25 2011, 07:39 AM) Tp-link that supports unifi are TP-Link Wr841ND and W8960N. Both nice and strong. Cincai get one also pawn kao kao. See my post back on top of this page. The antenna straight can see the difference. The tp-link 841nd 5dbi antenna looks nice ![]() hehe some speedtest with new router. Ping is a bit lower. Oh yea... I need to ask how to configure port forward for the Tp-link Wr841ND. For athena hub. Please pm me? Post here also can. Played around with the submenu under port forward but no chance getting it working. lol how much i can sell for dlink unifi? RM50 can or not? anyone want to buy? haha |

QUOTE(Zi-Tech @ Oct 5 2011, 03:15 AM) first of all, they already stated that calling for customer services will be charged at 8 sen per min at the first minute and then 4 sen afterward. stated where bro? doesnt make sense at all. u ask their CEO become consumer. i be the CEO and provide those service. what will he think? that why i like to email them about my problem.... in few hours or day, they might call or reply your email.... which my cases, i got a feedback from them 100%... at least give better service because consumer pay for it. anyone will pay those sucks service? let me know la. TMpoint CS should tell consumer before they subscribe, this is NOT. FAQ i find also dont have! really hate T&C term. why not tell straight forward!! tell those related to money then everyone will note what is happening!! speechless!! |

doesnt make sense at all. meaning that they want prevent us to call for help if we got trouble??
where got such thing?? you heard before any telco service provider charge their own customer for seeking help? the more i think the more fire come OUT! i believe if all of us gather and make complaint to TM. they will do something. you guys can try to call to their CS.. i believe they wont answer your call in short time. even my friend work in CS industry telling me that answering the phone is short time is the priority!!! tomorrow i will post the photo of duration i called to 1300-88-1221!!!! even i got record it down!!! |
