ermm I applied for Unifi VIP5 at SRI PETALING TMpoint about a month ago.... So disappointed that this idiots there did not do anythin to my application that after 3 weeks i called TM directly n they were surprised that i did apply for unifi coz they din get any info in their database... well after a few days on phone with them... they told me that only the even number houses in my area has streamyx and the odd num houses need to wait for quota... very well i applied for 4Mbps at the very same idiotic Sri Petaling TMpoint and the lady in there told me that she will let me know in 3 working days and a guy might come over to test the connection from tm... been almost 3 weeks and wen i called her, she laughed and told me that my house is not supported with 4mbps... i told her that the houses beside me are all runnin on 4mbps.. she kept quiet, put me on hold n then told me that now no more 4mbps... she said i gotta wait for unifi... is this for real? y do ppl hire such Aholez to work wen they cant mention anythin wen i go there to upgrade my streamyx.... PFFTTTT

Slowness in Puchong area as well lol.. oh well..

looks like unifi general issue and not they are targeting certain sites

sudden decreasing of speed in Melawati area.

here too same in Taman Desa......cant get above 10kbps....

at melawati, unifi no longer as it was. before, i can get ful 5Mbps, sometime slighty more. nowadays, my average speedtest read only 3++Mbps.

massive slow down at shah alam.. super duper snail speed.

call them and request to speak to supervisor... or apply from rattan to solve ur problem (hassle free)

i applied online, no hassle.

at least you know you are successfully applied the service.

TM even called me a day after installation appointment date to make sure installation is already completed and the service is running fine.

Been using BIZ5 in Setapak area for about one year, no issue whatsoever! UNIFI rocks man! Nom nom nom ~

No issues with IPTV though.
