If you trade through online, should they paid into your acc. Why send via cheque?

How do I find out when / how they will distribute this?

Also sifus, if I bought at 1.23, now at 1.35, this means I get 0.057 or more? Or is it per share regardless of the price you bought at?

No sifu here, just sharing
Answer: dividends per share = cents 0.057

further thinggies which U may be insterested in
If U take the gross dividends paid out eg. 0.057 cents, and divide by your cost per share, you'll get something known as Gross Dividend Yield % or DY% which U may see on your online screen.

If U take that the dividends per share received (aka net dividends) and divide by your cost per share, you'll get something known as Net Dividend Yield % - which is a better indicator for your REITs' annual returns.

Just a thought notworthy.gif

If you hold 1000 shares of TWRREIT until EX-Date (15-Feb-2012), you will get RM57 as dividend (either in cheque or E-Dividend)

You don't need to apply, it has nothing to do with you or shareholders.
It is company whether they have adopted or not only.

It's because trading via M2U is through nominee account
which means that any dividend payment will be sent to Maybank first
then only Maybank credits it to your account
Normally you'll receive your dividend 1 week later than those under direct CDS who opted for e-dividend
and also lesser amount as Maybank will deduct RM2.50 for each dividend credited to you

That explains why I received my income distribution via cheque from ARREIT
but got my income distribution from SUNREIT directly credited to my account nod.gif

btw, the quarterly report attached together with the cheque from ARREIT shows mistake on the related FY
what's their auditor doing? doh.gif

Ya, once you give details of bank account and register as E-dividend, it is across your CDS owned stocks automatically.
