QUOTE(machoman_13 @ Nov 15 2011, 11:50 AM) Does anyone have the information about the occupancy rate in Pavillion? Is it as hot as Mid Valley or KLCC? Like what people says if you managed to open any shop in Mid Valley or KLCC, definitely making money already From the prospectus, Pav Mall is at 97.7% and Pav Tower at 41.4% as of 1st June. |

I heard quite some shops closed shop in KLCC due to rental fees too high and profit too little. So you see some shops keep changing boss. |

can we participate in Pavillion REIT IPO via broker's online portal? Or need to go via M2U?

QUOTE(kueyteowlou @ Nov 12 2011, 12:40 PM) hehee.. 1 question.. why are you choose to buy ARREIT at first? hehee.. because of the consistent dividend yield that they provided? and I believe they'll fill in the gap left by cimb in shortest period and the price seems attractive to me Added on November 16, 2011, 1:38 pm QUOTE(SKY 1809 @ Nov 12 2011, 01:01 PM) Yes you are right. Laymen like us did not know why Arreits bought South City, wondering that time maybe they are the pro. Now again wondering why they want to sell these properties back to the market. Corporates do make bad decision sometimes or due to unforseen circumstances that happened later Maybe the selling back of the properties to the market is to free up the leverage to look for other better opportunities? QUOTE(robinlim @ Nov 16 2011, 01:35 PM) consistent divi payout How come their judgments are no better off than laymen like us. and I believe they'll fill in the gap left by cimb in shortest period and the price seems attractive to me Added on November 16, 2011, 1:38 pm Maybe it was a business decision that went awry Corporates do make bad decision sometimes or due to unforseen circumstances that happened later Maybe the selling back of the properties to the market is to free up the leverage to look for other better opportunities? If u happened to be there before , or even hawkers there , they would tell u not it is worth to buy. But so long they can pay good DPU, ok lah, who really cares, right ?
