Hi All Sifu-sifu sekalian, would like to ask about Hektar Right Issue.

"The prospectus, together with the rights subscription form and notice of provisional allotment in relation to the Rights Issue (collectively referred to as the "Documents"), will be despatched on 5 September 2012 to the Unitholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of Hektar REIT on 3 September 2012 ."

Does this mean I'll get my subscription form directly posted to my registered address? Is there an expiry date to this subscription, as I did not see any statement regarding this.

Very sorry for my silly question, a new player here. smile.gif

The HEKTAR Rights Subscription Form (RSF) and Provisional Allotment Notice will be mailed to your CDS address from 5 Sep 2012. Usually closing date is 19 September 2012 @ 5:00pm.
The Stock Short Name, Number and ISIN Code [ HEKTAR-TR, 5121TR and MYL5121TR000 ] respectively
Issue price of RM1.23 per Rights Unit

Important Dates to take note

0) Rights EX-Date : [29 August 2012 ]

1) The HEKTAR-TR Rights commence of trading : [ 4 September 2012 ] until [ 10 September 2012 @ 5:00pm ]

2) The Date of Despatch of the Prospectus and Provisional Allotment Letter of Offer : [ 5 September 2012 ]

3) The last day and time for Acceptance, Renunciation and Payment : [ 19 September 2012 @ 5:00pm ]

Or also u can buy the parent company Kassets..confirm get....1000 units share get 5240 units share of IGB Reits.....the only concern the cash repayment will be latest Mar 2012.......but might be earlier biggrin.gif

Capital repayment need to go through court process, and generally won't be too speedy one.

Among these 3 :

lowest gearing = Arreit

highest yield = amfirst

can grab some ? hmm.gif

Amfirst, you need to take into the account of newly right issue shares into consideration when calculating its yield. smile.gif

Not mean it is good or not good to grab some.

If i share earlier, i think got some bro here say i promote this and that...

When Kassets Rm8.60, i post it;s under IPO Price

But seems some bro here see me promoting ...accuse me so that i can let go at higher price

I did invest at kassets earlier on

IGB REits..i keep for super long term..one of my passive income
