Somehow I feel that even after making the payment to the BT / CC account - the process of revising the available credit limit really take some time compare to other banks. unsure.gif

yeah, it will some sometime to revise the credit limit. btw, i'm using DA for BT. i think the impact is minimal unless you made a huge payment to the BT account.

i think the best 'strategy' now is to BT to CIMB 0% 6 months before the promo ends end of this month.
pay min. for 5 months, the at the last month.. BT all to MAYBANK 0% 12 months.
hahah.. the debt can be dragged further for another 1 years plus. of course, need to settle the min paymnet or installment to avoid kena interest.

From what i know BT with CIMB, 6 months 0%, you only need to pay minimun payment and settle all the outstanding in the 6th month, then you won't charge any $.

How about Maybank 12month 0%? Izzit same like CIMB, which you only need to pay minimum payment for 11 months and the 12th month pay full, so they wont charge u a single cents

I just BT from MBB-CC to CIMB-BT recently (6 months 0%)

Does this mean, i pay the 6 months CIMB-BT every month.
Then I can BT the remaining CIMB-BT back to my MBB-BT (12 months 0%) ???

MBB BT is not zero entry cost though there is no processing fee. See the T&C below. You will be charged the profit charge.

3. Minimum transfer amount for the 6 months to 12 months plans is RM1,000 and for the 24 months to 36 months plans is RM2,000.The special Profit Charge will be valid from the date of
posting (“Date of Posting”) for period of 6 months at 0.5%, 9 months at 0.75%, 12 months at 1%, 24 months at 0.375% and 36 months at 0.413%. At the expiry of the Special Profit Charge
period for the 6 months to 12 months plans, a normal finance charge of 1.4583 % per month (or 17.5 % p.a) calculated on a daily basis will be imposed until the date of repayment in full.
