Try mounting your system partition in CWM. I usually use $omator's mods that have the system mount in the script so no problems for me.

I'm using Galnet Chamelon, so far so good. But i encounter one problem with wifi, i can't detect ONLY my home wifi, after few days connected it. I happened to click forget it, then i try scan again, then i couldn't find it anymore even scanning for minutes...computer still can scan and detect and connect it....

Anyone facing this issue b4?

wow, never knew there were so many launchers

after few months serve me.. no my S is already in ICU.. forget to put in the plastic cover while riding my motorcycle.. the phone was wet during the heavy raining..

now.. the phone unable to restart.. thinking where to send the repair...

what i did is go into wifi setting, turn on and off and on again, normally will be ok.

why so careless? did you try blow it with hair dryer?

when it's getting wet, did u turn it off? or does it turn off by itself?
after it's wet, did u put it in a bowl of uncooked rice? tis way it'll be able to soak out the water.

Huarrgghhh... Long time not flashing. So many custom ROM now. Which one you all suggest for me? I want:

- Stability
- Long lasting battery
- No lagging
- Rooted
- RAM Optimization
- % battery
- Arabic shaping fixed
- Call recording (maybe can suggest some app if still not available on Gingerbread)

Who have trying SenseStyle [2.3.5][JVS]? Is it ok?

I think i figure out why it will not applied. Somehow i "killed" the lockscreen mod with my own battery mod icon

Added on September 26, 2011, 10:15 amim using dynamic I rom from this user (dynamic also his name:D ).so far so good,but noticeable lag when using dolphine browser/facebook/friendcaster.no fc at the moment and nice theme also. Bluetooth are good and others are great.pretty stable and fast for now..

Dynamic II already out,and i've already donload it.wont flash it now but sooner or later i will flash.still satisfied with Dynamic I for now..

i will try simplicity after this,but when times flew by,and by that time i want to test simplicity,of coz many roms are available for JVS.as long as with semaphore 1.7 kernel,im happy with any rom using this kernel coz i got option to overclock my SGS to 1.2ghz with 1650mAH batt..

thats too much to talk from a person self title "newbie" here

tested darky JVS based.not stable enough la. seriously, Bluetooth connection are a big major problem and also sometimes apps freeze (hang)...
