GB bootloader with CM7 does it really improve the battery life obviously? anyone here tried?

yes, my phone can last for 2day with once charge which i can only last for one day when i am on froyo bootloader.

but Ramad didn't create a deodexed for it.. aiya..

long story short ... ramad found out that JVR build date is same with JVQ ... csc and some other files are the same as JVQ, only some system files were changed... the weirdest thing is, how and why is darky involved in this leaked release? and why are the build dates the same as JVQ? ....

personally i suspect it was darky's team who released this version and named it JVR not from samsung .... just my 2 pence ...

guys, just flashed CM7, but when try to DL 3G Watchdog from Market, it says insufficient space.. checked storage using the Settings, still got alot left :stars

P/S: I realised sometimes the status bar like reception, data connection sometimes in green, sometimes in white, any difference?

ya la.. i'm on JVQ since it 1st day out what.. heard that JVR have good battery life.. wifi & 3g improve.. and also improve it Gallery..
but nothing can do la since Ramad found that "thing" inside JVR..

guys i wanna flash cm7 is tis step really needed??  "Before flash nightly , remember to check if you have enabled HSDPA by dialing *#301279#" thanks alot... ^^

using nightlies #84? I read in the changelog that it has replaced camera library file with a wrapper. I'm downloading #85 now.

in cupcake>donut>eclair>froyo>gingerbread, no video call through 3g network because in android source code no such thing yet. samsung hacked it and modified the dialer. (this is what i heard from some where). so cm7 will never have video call until android added video call coding into the next ICS or maybe the next next version of android.
actually the "unstable" that we mention doesn't mean that cm7 will crash, random reboot or so on. we are trying to tell people that cm7 is still under developing. not like samsung rom.

nice.. will wait for Ramad to do his magicks   officials are oways more reliable than darky-leaked

haha thanks for your concern man. As you can see there are so many versions and tweaking on the first page, then some more mine is AP set so got different ways to flash. Then i see your signature got ROM, kernel and baseband (can simply mix?)

As i'm moving from ipod touch 4th gen to sgs, i experience quite a lot of lagging so it really bothers me
really hope flashing will help me solve this issue...wondering why one  year ago people paying more than 2k to buy this phone while it is so complicated
