I performed an instant transfer on CIMB Click website on 27th Aug, the status until now is still “accepted for processing”. I tried to reach their customer service by phone call and social media, all of them ask me to wait and observe if transactions go through a few days later. No action taken, they didn’t even ask my reference number for the transaction.

How can I file a complaint to Bank Negara about this?

Last month I remembered I saw 8TV news that they're promoting this Duit QR at one of the hawker centre at Penang.

I tried to set up standing instruction to my hire purchase account in Public bank from another bank. But it seems fund transfer to hire purchase account only support GIRO which is not instant. Is there any other way to do recurring instantly transfer to Hire Purchase account?

Did you key-in your Public Bank Hire Purchase account in the correct format ? After the 10-digit account number, you also need to include the 5-digit file number.

Hi Lads and Laddies, just reporting in that DuitNow/ IBFT has intermittent issues as of 30 Sept 2020, I used DuitNow to transfer money from my MayBank account to AmBank and the money didn't reach my AmBank account.

Was about to call MayBank and hear the robo voice saying that IBFT is experiencing issues, hope that my money reaches by end of the day.

The fund transfer limit menu in PBe has changed and it becomes very funny to change the amount:

You can't update the limit in a particular and needs to update all at once. The update amount cannot be similar as previously also! doh.gif

Need to download the RHB mobile app and activate for the secure plus. Upon the transfer confirmation page, the app will pop out a message to let you acknowledge it then the transfer can be successfully done.

I have deleted the app and now having problem to acknowledge the transfer.

Have you solve this problem?

Which app are you referring to? Old app or new app?

I used the old app last time. It worked. Then new app came, then i deleted old app. Then got problem. No solution.

Just transfer 9999 everytime. Hoping someone knows as well. I tried emailed them to complaint. I gave up.

I think it will take years for them to reply you via email.

In the past, I am doing the transfer in my laptop and the acknowledge is from my new RHB app. Their situation is different than mine.

I am unable to acknowledge when there is the option available due to a message pop out saying I need to deactivate the devise and reactive the device. I go to webpage to deactivate but the service is not available. Call CS, no one pick up.

I already used up my transfer limit today. I do 9k by batch to transfer to avoid 10k then ok. So I cannot test anyone.

Thanks. Long story short is, rhb still havent fix it. But at least app can transfer above 10k. Not a direct solution but solves the problem i guess.

website not working.

I assume app works fine based on the post you shared. no chance to try. not like i have chance to try this everyday. definitely any fpx needed for FD placement cannot rely on rhb
