Max 100k limit. Use online transfer. Check your maybank2u lah.

RHB can do max 50k. OCBC jalat only 30k.

Maybank2U much easier & smoother.
I've been using both Maybank & RHB sites for years.

If transfer money for favorite acct using RHB desktop site, need OTP. Maybank no need, RHB Now no need. Everything need OTP for RHB, one more layer of security but more leceh.

RHB desktop site , the side bar harder to navigate. Maybank no prob since its listed out in the middle.

Yes, I called them before reading your post. What you wrote are same as what they told me.

Year 2020 and still they win the case.

For transfer > 10k, must use APP.. Cannot use website as they have yet to rectify the SecurePlus issue but still teaching you to register the SecurePlus with RHB Now and scan this and that....

Yes, the app limit and website limit are not same and sync. I thought I have changed the limit over web and it will be sync across all... But when I tried to transfer from app, it warned me daily limit is RM5k.... wtf.. .then I found out there is limit setting in the app again and need to redo.

Another thing is, the Favorite payees list in website and app are not sync... you need to add again.. wtf////

Yes, Maybank is the best but I am still using the old design layout....

TBH, I prefer the old design layout. Simple to navigate.

I cant locate it in the app when needed for transfer..

Anyone used their colourful QR scan method to proceed any transactions? Damn... I couldn't proceed my transactions by both of the methods(nor the secure plus method).

I couldn't create the transactions by myself(like DuitNow) as the fpx gateway was directed by the merchant.


Anyway, RHB CS already got back to me saying that FPX transactions are restricted RM10k(max) per transaction in RHB.

fast forward to year 2022 and RHB sampah banking apps problem still persist

Like this better revert back to TAC lah, download the new apps and register secure plus, but when transfer more than RM10k no notification at all.

Mau uplift FD also has to go back to old website and do it

I wanna withdrawal my FD but unable to do so via the web so I downloaded the app.. I tried to authorize this secure plus function but was told to contact the bank. Anyone knows why? I saw even posts back in 2020 with similar issues, is it still the same now?

So must call the bank to settle? Can't even transfer > RM10k..I tried to change the transfer limit too, was told to call the bank again! 😠

I faced exactly the same problem with Secure Plus several months until finally got sorted out after calling their CS today

As i was told their RHB mobile app (especially Secure Plus) only sync up with the new banking portal (or click popup at old RHB Now site https://logon.rhb.com.my/ after logged in the to go to the new portal)

From new portal, you then set your new transfer limit again at the new portal (separately from the old site settings) and should be able to transfer with Secure Plus approval notification showing up dy

The solution was redownload the apps and re-do again, then the secure plus function will appear in the apps.

Sifu....can go setting > app > clear the data and cache will do, no need uninstall install

I tried, managed to change the transfer limit via new portal but somehow I couldn't authorize this secure plus via the app. Still received error message to call customer service...

Managed to trasnfer < RM10k via the web, failed to transfer $$ via app... Is there some kind of setting I should allow for permission to access?


I can find the secure plus but unable to authorize this function...
