i make a duit know tranfer(phone no) at rise and just found out i tranfer to wrong person. i try check out that person phone no but rise no record, any sifu can advise how to search the phone no of that person?

Found something strange with MAE.
Tried to "bank transfer" to RHB and Public Bank, normally you can select either GIRO or DuitNow, now its just GIRO.
However to CIMB, you can still select DuitNow or GIRO.
Anyone having this problem?

Maybank always have this issue.. guess is their system issue... next day or few hours later will be back to normal..

Even QR payment & Debit Card paywave got problem...

their issue resolved or never resolved until now?
i just transfered from maybank to cimb to pay CC bill and i notice CIMB i can only select GIRO but if I choose tng or hong leong then i can see duitnow AND GIRO option
how long does GIRO takes anyway?
who should i direct my anger to? maybank or CIMB>

1. Need to keep the access no for future use. possible will lost the access number.
2. need to visit branch at counter again if need to activate new handphone
3. also, seems a lot of officer do not know this access no.

The only option is GIRO on MAE app and I've been using instant trf with MAE for so long, first time seeing this and GIRO again (have not used for many donkey years)

Anyone hear ever have instant transfer failed but account balance is deducted?

I tried a bank transfer using maybank app to another bank account in a different bank. The transaction failed and my saving account was deducted.

I called the CS and they will make a report to that receiving bank to check if the transfer if successful. If yes, they will email the confirmation to me in 3-4 working days.

Anyone here has faced a similar situation?

the money is floating now

it will come back to your account around 7days +/- if no issues or complications involved

Beware ! finger scan money transfer via hp mbb to mbb got issue.

no notification for the 1st transfer, i ended up transfer out twice.

report to mbb, they just consider it as a scam. But actually it is a genuine transfer.

Easy way out , consider it as scam pass their responsibility to police to reach dead end investigation .
