I used the old app last time. It worked. Then new app came, then i deleted old app. Then got problem. No solution.
Just transfer 9999 everytime. Hoping someone knows as well. I tried emailed them to complaint. I gave up.
I think it will take years for them to reply you via email.

In the past, I am doing the transfer in my laptop and the acknowledge is from my new RHB app. Their situation is different than mine.
I am unable to acknowledge when there is the option available due to a message pop out saying I need to deactivate the devise and reactive the device. I go to webpage to deactivate but the service is not available. Call CS, no one pick up.
I already used up my transfer limit today. I do 9k by batch to transfer to avoid 10k then ok. So I cannot test anyone.
