I performed an instant transfer on CIMB Click website on 27th Aug, the status until now is still “accepted for processing”. I tried to reach their customer service by phone call and social media, all of them ask me to wait and observe if transactions go through a few days later. No action taken, they didn’t even ask my reference number for the transaction.
How can I file a complaint to Bank Negara about this?
