I prefer Hong Leong Bank service .. pertaining to Free IBG/IBFT until 31/12/16.. Stable Internet Banking.. summore the branch is just 500 meter from my house..

I guess currently all majority banks are giving free Instant Transfer. Please advice.

Nope. Only UOB, HLB, SCB. HLB amd UOB until end of this year.
