He said got 4 customers face same issue before this, and longest is 2 months to reimburse. Seeiously wtf. And lastly he said there is some glitch on M2U today thats why. Yup he emphasize its subjective cause they need liaise with recipient bank as well for confirmation that funds nv got in. In the first place their CS alrdy said system said it failed Cant close and move all out now. Need to get back my money first lol. Im sure the BM knows my rating in the bank since he keyed in my IC number into the system. Checked with a friend working in MBB CS, GIRO refunds will be next day by 11am, but IBFT will take ages. Disappointment. Thats all I can say.

I will make sure MBB cover the compensation of the interest/penalty for whatever late payments. 2 years back, M2U used to be the top online banking portal, but now, HL Connect took over. Much more stable, no issues, and way more efficient.

SCB also quite stable .. for most of the time without any issue. compensation of interest/penalty no idea.. hopefully BNM will give you what you want

What is say RM10m to them. Btw you mentioned you have SCB bank account which give give free IBFT. What account is that? Is BSA entitle to free IBFT? Normally they will open a JustOne Personal account for you these days. MEPS GIRO and IBFT are both free for this account.

The thing is don't want to deposit rm1500 every month into the account. Practically no interest. Also I don't want to pay for atm card. So if can open a SCB account, i will close my truesavers. After all IBFT is always better than IBG.

You only need to do that to enable the 1% bonus interest as well as unlimited local interbank ATM free cash withdrawals. You'll be charged first for each local interbank ATM cash withdrawal and fee will be reimburse on the first day of the following month.

QUOTE(Ramjade @ Jul 13 2016, 11:19 AM) Nice. So withdrawal from SCB atm is still FOC right? Yes. From own ATM of course it is free. Do however note that JustOne Personal account comes with two account numbers like AMBank True account. One is a savings while another one is a current account. However, unlike AmBank True account where both current and savings account are linked to your debit card, SCB JustOne Personal savings account is not. So every time you need to withdraw money from the ATM, you need to transfer money from your SCB JustOne savings to current first before you can make an ATM cash withdrawal.
