17.5% - 33% = 11.725%
Consumers are advised to make full payment despite bank offering cashback on retail interest.

OCBC is good for Petrol, Giant, TESCO and dining.
Maybankard 2 Amex is good for Giant, TESCO, JUSCO and anywhere elase on weekends. MBB 2 Visa/MC is good for online as conversion rate lowest.

HSBC no longer offer Platinum CC as it's been replaced by Visa Signature.

But you still can apply HSBC Amanah MPower Visa Platinum.

Require Salary Min RM48,000 per annum.

Yes, but limited to certain merchants only. If I recall correctly, most of them are luxurious items like Rolex, Coach etc.

As chem mentioned, OCBC Titanium is good for you since you spend less than RM1K and your requirement is Petrol and Cash Back Only.

I would like to add, if you are currently pumping petrol at Petronas, then OCBC is great to replace your current card since you'll be getting 5% cash back versus 5XTP. After you get the OCBC TMC or if you willing to swith to another petrol brand (tha'is if your application for OCBC is rejected) you should consider replacing your MBB Petronas Visa with Maybankard 2 Card which is also Free For Life and after you get the cards (if you apply) transfer all your Treats Points to the Maybankard 2 Card Account.

Click here to read my article on OCBC Titanium MasterCard. For further info on OCBC TMC, please visit OCBC Thread where there are many members there willing to answer your questions. Also please visit Maybankard 2 Cards Thread for more info.
