Try to apply Ocbc Ti and Mbb2 cards. These 2 cards are the best cc combo at town now.

But HL online portal cannot pay bills, which make things difficult. Plus, the WISE card need to pay annual fee RM 200+. Correct me if I'm wrong.

OCBC Titanium cash back rates has remain the same for several years and in fact it has remains so since the card was relaunched.
