2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: Must / Available with reasonable conditions 3. Card required for: Utility bill (roughly 3k per month) 4. Existing credit cards if any: OCBC ti, Maybank Amex 2 5. Looking at CC from: anything - focus on cash back on utility 6. Others: none |
