actually MSC status is quite strict. the company need to have a operational office in cyberjaya. but some people go around it by renting a small office at cyber while the main operation is somewhere else.

This is not right. MSC status locations are plentiful nowadays. KLCC, KL Sentral, Bangsar SOuth, Icity, Cyberjaya, Technology park, etc.

you have to ask:-
1. why all the embassies are not moving there?
2. why govt keep on dishing out MSC status to other locations?
3. why no LRT services connecting to Putra/Ciber, except the ERL.
4. 6 yrs to become another KL? how long it takes KL to be KL of today?
5. where are all the politikus living now? all in Putrajaya kar?
*

New commercial project in Cyberjaya

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Property developer, Glomac Berhad is launching a freehold commercial project in Cyberjaya at the end of this month.

The site for Glomac Cyberjaya 2 was acquired shortly after the highly successful launch in its maiden project in Cyberjaya.

“To further capitalise the momentum and success of Glomac Cyberjaya Phase 1 & 2 and to continue to develop more shop offices, we acquired the adjacent second plot of land due to its successful take-up rate,” said Glomac group managing director/CEO Datuk FD Iskandar.

Glomac Cyberjaya Phase 1 & 2, which sits on part of the 3.64ha tract, features 63 units of three-storey shop offices is fully sold. It is due to be completed by end of this year.

Glomac Cyberjaya 2 will consist of 55 units of three-storey, three- and-a-half and four-and-half-storey of shop offices and a 24-storey office tower, each with a sophisticated modern facade that more than match its illustrious surrounding neighbours.

The built area is from 3,300sq ft onwards and the range of price starts from RM1.29mil onwards.

This development will present a wider range of investment opportunities that are ideally suited for small to medium-sized businesses seeking a stylish business address in the heart of Cyberjaya.

The entire development of Glomac Cyberjaya is strategically located along Persiaran Apec.

This ideal development is within the address of technological excellence, Cyberjaya, with HSBC, Ericsson, IBM and DHL as its surrounding neighbours.

Cyberjaya is also a developed place which is really has a very high occupancy rate. What we can see, the area for future development is getting out of the town, such as Puchong perdana (which is really far away from the puchong town, although they both are same Puchong), Cyberjaya, Kajang, Dengkil, Semenyih. It is because the land in town is getting limited, thats why is getting high. Plus most of the land left in town is commercial land, that is reason why what we see now all are mixed development.

So happen that all the developer will start looking land in cyberjaya, dengkil, kajang, semenyih to have some development of big land community like symphony hill, mirage, Natura Height, Jade hills, which is it impossible to have it in town anymore.

With no doubt, puchong has a really high occupancy rate. But if u are familiar with puchong, do u know it takes how long time u jam along LDP from puchong town, passby the toll and towards Klang/KL? Probably if i go to KL town from cyberjaya is really faster than people going KL from puchong. That is the reason why people nowadays slowly shift to those place which is far away from town but can skipped the massive jam twice in a day.

Property in Puchong is flying high. i just been to the I&P Group office in Bandar kinrara, they have an upcoming development which has bungalow, semi-D, terrace house, selling at RM2.2mil and above. Which is i think i would rather get one house at Cyber/Dengkil which is probably has lower price with similar concept, save more time as i definitely can avoid all the jamsssss.

In my opinion, Cyberjaya would be a new hotspot, perhaps they are more commercial area in future, e.g shopping mall, cinema, bar....

I suppose if you awnt to talk about distance it's always reletive. Yes Cyber is further from PJ compared to Puchong but consider driving to KL around rush hour and you'll realise you can reach KL much faster from Cyber via MEX.

the cyberjaya is nearer compare to putrajaya from KL/PJ....

1) u can use mex highway.... if u from KL
2) use the puchong putra perdana interchange.. save at least min 3km and toll free... if u from KL/PJ/Shah alam

cyberjaya could be another puchong in 10 yrs times.... traffic need diversify to cyberjaya.. puchong too jam till many ppl will crying.....

Anyway, every piece of land will be utilised in puchong, it will gradually expand out. Population is growing so traffic jam still cannot be avoided in puchong. Not just puchong folks crying, many ppl staying in those high density places like damansara, pj, cheras and etc all r crying. If got any event on the place, the traffic sure flooded take few hours to ease.

I love Cyberjaya and have been living here for about 8 years already.

It's simply an irresistible location and I always look forward to travel back home after a hard day of working for a multinational corporation within five minutes walking distance of KLCC.

Dunno about you guys but so far Cyberjaya has been NATO (no action, talk only).

I hope SP Setia and the other developers can change this.
