Please remember that Puchong was developed because government decision to shift the administration to Putrajaya and develop Cyberjaya as IT hub 20 years ago. Puchong which is located in between KL and Putrajaya is benefit from this development.

i think many developers trapped in cyberjaya fantasy and acquired many land bank during M time. when they see the prop market booming so they quickyly launch new projects. but they cant build ordinary prop coz outside cyberjaya has many and better pricing.

i have travel many countries and never see a place booming if far from the city. for m'sia standard i think the limit is 30km from klcc.

The land banks in cbj is owned solely by Setia Haruman / MK Group. Those developers only rushing in 2010 beginning wif MS and bot the land fr SH, later followed by Suntrack, UEM, osk, etc.

They see the potential that many of dun see or not interested with.

So it is not true they r trapped wif the land bank.

Exactly. At the end of day, no 2 man are made the same..........ppl who buy in DPC or ecopark does not want bustling commercials in their areas..............

I got few client who is a datuk datin, a lot but they also bought bungalow at far far places near sp setia (his office at KL city centre la). Some stay at DPC bungalow but office at far far puchong.

Of Coz they got driver + no need go in office everyday mah.

This world is too funny.

Some are buying properties because close to LRT stations/proposed LRT/MRT stations.

Some are objecting proposed LRT/MRT stations coz too near to their areas/they do not want proposed mrt/lrt at their areas.

I work in Cyber jaya for quite a while now & realized even foreigner colleagues of mine rather stay in Sri Kembangan, Sri Petaling, Puchong or OUG & drive to work than staying in Cyber jaya. They told me, it is just so damn bored to stay in here.

There is already a bak kut teh shop in Cyber Domain area, taste is so so lah. Cheap food is still lacking, many still drive a short distance to Dengkil for Chinese food.

Yea, diff. 2 find a decent meal < 10 bucks. Hopefully, it w b better once all the dev. VP.

So any1 see an opportunity here? Set up a hawker center or kopitiam that offer the usual stuff like tai chao, pan mee, ckt, ccf, etc. Sure make $ lor....

Haa...I think ur idea can jalan lah kidmad. For a start, since u work there, am, go open shop, pass the daily supply, provide daily work instruction then go to work. Lunch time comeback for lunch, 6c6c, collect 1/2 day earnings.

Pm, after work go collect the remaining earning and close shop.

Just need to take care of worker salary, food cost, rental and some overhead oni. At the month end profit is a bonus and u r still drwg a fat salary fr the MNC u work with.
