I'm selling a double storey landed property at cybersouth, and the market respond is good, im curious why many people are looking a property around here?

Yea. Cybersouth can b better than cyberjaya. Some ppl prefer to stay in puchong double storey and drive to work to putrajaya. Puchong has more food choices. It's good to stay slightly outside with bigger house space when travel is not an issue.
