QUOTE(skincladalien @ Oct 22 2011, 02:18 PM) actually MSC status is quite strict. the company need to have a operational office in cyberjaya. but some people go around it by renting a small office at cyber while the main operation is somewhere else. This is not right. MSC status locations are plentiful nowadays. KLCC, KL Sentral, Bangsar SOuth, Icity, Cyberjaya, Technology park, etc.

QUOTE(AMINT @ Jun 1 2012, 06:50 PM) Ya lor. I believe people have been talking about how great Cyberjaya will be since I was in secondary school. I have now worked for 6 years and nothing much happening. Thats why I hope SP Setia and other developers can change this coz I am interested to invest but very2 sceptical In fact, there are already plenty of development since the past 2 years. Yes, there was a period in time that cyberjaya development was going very slowly. Firstly, they buidl quite some offices, then it took longer than expected time to get those occupy. The economy crises and tech bubble didnt help much, couple with the fact that government slowly giving away the MSC status to mroe and more locations. Of course, the developer should share partly of the blame. But even perfect developer need other factor to get things moving especially this was started off as a business and education district.... If everything work out well, starting from this years until the next 3 years, there are plenty of house/office/apartment/condo progressively being completed.
