i think many developers trapped in cyberjaya fantasy and acquired many land bank during M time. when they see the prop market booming so they quickyly launch new projects. but they cant build ordinary prop coz outside cyberjaya has many and better pricing.
i have travel many countries and never see a place booming if far from the city. for m'sia standard i think the limit is 30km from klcc. |
