[/quote] I think you are too carried away with Alam Impian and claim things that are not true. I stay in Alam Impian and I love this township. But it is a long way to go to claim one of the best.. My 4.5 units / acres is calculated based on the land allocated for landed property which is estimated to be 600 acres, not the 1235 acres.
