Can try foreign banks such as Citibank/ UOB and etc, the way they calculate is different from the local banks

Added on April 8, 2012, 11:25 amFor those who are anxious want to know how the staircase design. Here is how it look like. The black tiles frame on bottom a bit dangeruos. The edge is very shape. If you accidentally kick the edge, u will get hurt. If you accidentally fall you head into the edge of it, eeerrr ... Hopefully it is noy final yet, otherwise i would rather to have it flat.

There are many lorries and trucks use the main road of AI to Jalan Kebun. Sure they are skipping Kesas 2.20toll, and rather pay 0.60toll. Road condition are bad due to such i guess. Pot holes around.

today....saw contactors fixing the metal security fence for Canting area......very impressive security fencing......u can see it while driving towards pentas site

I think is should complain to RA of AI so to not allow for those lorry entering by the road to jln kebun.

Its a public road. I&P will not have the authority to submit for road enclosure or a beam to restrict truck entries. My major concern will be the residents are exposed to uncertain safety which may cause from Jalan Kebun industries environment. Without gated community is a major crisis in the future.

The road condition isnt that bad. I was there last saturday. I cant remember i bump into any potholes or purposely avoid any potholes.

As for the security, if it is major crisis without gng, i think it apply to all housing area in kv without gng. Crime dont just happened in one area and just concentrate on that area.
