Alam Impian is mix development area that is more than 1500 acres, it consists full range of residential properties, the commercial setup is quite complete (not launched yet), based on the master plan, future amenities consist of polis station, bomba, primary & secondary schools, international school, hypermarket, mosque, recreational park etc, hence AI is a township by itself. Whether it is a successful or failure township is another issue.
If anyone disagree this, mind to share yr view & quote a sample of township? I dun expect the answer is Mid Valley

I would say AI is more or less of Kota Kemuning. Most of USJ and Klang folks move to KK and it became very matured today.

However I really fancy about AI masterplan, soon I believe it's going to be one of the best township in 10 years time. The development is much modern and yet the prices still appealing compare to further places of Kinrara, USJ and etc, no need mention KL or PJ.

With only I&P and Naza TTDI develope it, it could he more strategic planning.

Anyway the location and access is better than KK as it also can link to Federal Highway.

Pentas 3 delayed, still trying to make it in April.
Pentas 1,2 & 3 are confirmed, will be fenced under one community, the details of access is not finalised yet.
No news on the direct access fr the opposite way, It is good to hv it

Correct, SA told there will be a junction with traffic light prior Pentas hang over the key next year. No tunnel or fly over

Yeah is like Setia Alam (I am staying in my sista house setia alam), you need to pay toll to 1u pj, shah alam or midvalley, pavillion KL but when the township is developed you can enjoy everything there. RM0.60 is nothing when you able to pay so much for your house. Somehow highway is a very important element for a township to develop.

With the news that Pentas 1,2 & 3 will be fenced, it's a crucial feature for price appreciation, I did comment that anything below than 850K (without fence) is a steal for Pentas, now I amend my statement to 900K for Pentas. Landed properties with Semi Built up will become 2012 main actor, replacing strata properties as the hottest pick among home buyers, judging fr the overwhelming response fr 2 1/2 & 3-stry which are launched recently, investing in Superlink homes won't go wrong.
If buying for investment (not for own stay), my investment strategy in 2012 is "Look down, not look up", at 1st I predict mkt will correct in 3rd quarter of 2012 but we receives news fr various channels that China & Taiwanese investors are marching into M'sia property mkt in 2012. Among sectors like strata properties, SD/bungalow, offices & shops, normal link hse, I render that Superlink homes will hv the Strongest resistance against mkt down turn, it is like buying Blue Chip stocks during bullish mkt, the magnitude of price correction will be relatively smaller. Foreign investment really make me confuse, unsure of how much impact on our mkt.
Pentas is very very safe bet.
