Thanks for yr speedy reply.....guess got to wait for UFO-ET ............the reason i asked.....visited canting 2.....think it was 22" x 80" not to sure but the space for Living Hall wasn't impressive.....thats why i decided to go for pentas 2 .......was in the I&P sales gallery yesterday....after booking my unit...asked the SA to find out about the living hall size....she took my number and will find out from the architect's office.....until now.....no response.....i think this forum will response faster n better

sorry la....never checked....went there to change unit...cos of postal number.....one person gave up 2 units due to bank loan problem....so i changed my previous number to better sounding number.....same row....facing south .....behind as according to SA....plan for SD

Thanks for yr analysis on floor area.....very enlightening.....still need to view pentas 1 on going construction as advised by nkhong....maybe this evening.....to me....the living hall space is important.....it capture ppl's imagination as soon as one enter the house...eventhough it can be consider to be perceive imagination.

visited d'island today....saw show unit 25' x 100'..corner type.......UFO-ET......u r right! .....measured the living hall.....approx. 19'L x 25'W .....same as pentas 1 (visited yesterday/still under construction).....impression?.........am very impressed! except the pentas unit have a powder room up front.

by next week i shd conclude the S&P........

True....good house is not easy to find....been looking for months.....my criteria was....freehold / big BU / developer must not save on "current modern infrastucture like greenery / parks / lakes / other facilities that make life easy"

all the above will be realize later(all this r in the brochure) since the project there is about 20% ??? and still moving forward and I & P is definitely a trusted name.

Just visited the site.....spiderman cannot come down oso.....d contractor fixed metal bars sideway....below thick glass....metal bar....same size as the one holding the thick glass....look 1st class job.....they assured me(met there)....cannot leak one la....can view at the corner house...but no photos taken

Added on March 24, 2012, 11:01 pmdue to the angle of the sky roof.....no direct sunlight comes in but enuf light to brighten the staircase.....and surprisingly.....no shadow r created by the lower steel cage.....nevertheless....i do like the look of it.....guess u hv to be there to see and maybe appreciate it...

today....saw contactors fixing the metal security fence for Canting area......very impressive security fencing......u can see it while driving towards pentas site

Mini forest to me is the IN thing for a hot climate like ours and it will definitely cools the temperature around AI.....

SA once told me that I&P hv oredi submitted plan for pond/lake to MPSA for approval and until it is approve....then only can excavate since its not a natural pond/lake......if tak approve....become park/playground.....that's what i heard....am not to sure oso.....

AS for pentas 2 facade....looking at the brochure house photo...the 2 bathroom windows shd have some sort of cover on the outside.....top to bottom....however can only be sure when and if it is done...i think the material use shd be the same aluminium bars that is currently being used in pentas 1 exterior.....let's wait and comment later....

burglar alarm.....saw alarm wiring connected to all relevant points......pentas 1 has got the external box/strobbing light on the facade wall oredi

Interior dark......not really that dark but the temp. is cooler ....however i think need to switch on light if want to read paper which is ok with me...same situation in my current house

Tinted glass on all windows/glass doors.........quality tint...

Sunroof.....hmmm....i personally like the pentas 1.....like oversea type of house....
