Went for a drive around at AI on Friday. A big disadvantage spotted.!
There are many lorries and trucks use the main road of AI to Jalan Kebun. Sure they are skipping Kesas 2.20toll, and rather pay 0.60toll. Road condition are bad due to such i guess. Pot holes around.  |

Its a public road. I&P will not have the authority to submit for road enclosure or a beam to restrict truck entries. My major concern will be the residents are exposed to uncertain safety which may cause from Jalan Kebun industries environment. Without gated community is a major crisis in the future.
