Damn, this decision is becoming harder and harder to make..
So dv6 more for gaming, n55sf more for multimedia? And do you know of any place that sells ones without beats, meaning it would cost about 3k?
Also, how are the customer service as well as international warranties for hp and asus? As i'd be going overseas.
For HP Dv6-6001Tx without beats@RM3k, find this guy:
http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...&hl=marcus20125Well, do take note that Asus comes with 2 years international warranty; whereas HP only one (unless you want to fork out some more money to extend the warranty)...
The choice is pretty obvious lol...
Performance - Dv6
Warranty - N55Sf
and since HP has decided to quit its PC business.. its hard to say what the future holds

how ''pretty bad''??
mind sharing... i till now haven hav exp wif amd cards....@@......
Well, for starters, the stock AMD 6630 has some problems playing The Sims 3

And Bacon will ask you each time you start a new game/ software on whether you want to use the dedicated GPU or integrated one... the thing is, its supposed to remember the settings so the next time you open the game/ software, it won't ask you again... but the time I tried, Bacon seemed to "forget" my settings, so its rather annoying

But that was quite some time ago, hopefully the problem has been solved already
