N53Sn was EOL-ed for quite some time now... the new one which reappeared in the latest Asus product brochure appeared to be rather weird... we're not sure whether it has be put into production again or not...
Perhaps you might want to stick to the N55Sf instead bro? hmm.gif

if u not into gaming, i3 is actually a better choice. according to this link, it should run cooler:

http://www.goldfries.com/hardware-reviews/...ocessor-review/

but that is only for 1st core-i, not sure same for 2nd gen... anyone got data?

Basically when you disable TurboBoost on Core i5, you get an Core i3. And from what I test with Core i5 and disable the TurboBoost, temp drop almost 10C...

Go to the power option, change the plan, go to advanced, change the processor maximum state to 99% and TurboBoost is disabled.

According to Passmark CPU benchmark, the A6 score better and you can overclock and undervolt the AMD to keep it cool and more powerful. Faster graphic csrd also...

As far as I know some games actually makes use of multiple cores present, but some games would run better with less cores and higher clock speed since you don't have any other task running simultaneously
