I just called jaya megah, a young guy pick up the call:
Question 1: When i suppose to pay 10% as my bank loan only cover 80%?
Answer: the billing will be out on between March - April, but if jaga megah issue 15% payment, and you pay 10% after billing come out you might charge for late interest cause it will delay your bank loan release that’s why kim Realty asked us to pay early.
Question 2: Is the free gift given is iPad?
I don't know, I'm not sure
Question 3: Can you tell me who have this answer?
You can ask kim reality's staff
Question 4: They also said don't know but the gift is given by jaya megah instead of them, I think you should have the answer!

Question 5: Do i entitled for the free gift.
You will receive a letter to inform you when the billing is out.
Question 6: If i not entitled, will i be informed?
I don't know. (suddenly, he laugh, hahaha)

I was frustrated and asked him why he is laughing and this is not funny. Please give me the answer.
Then he hold the phone and ask his colleague but he speak very loud and i hear the whole conversation between him and his malay girl colleague
He complaint about me and say something bad about me, the malay girl doesn't help to answer my question so he pick up the phone again and tell me "I don't know."

I asked him full name and tell him i'm going to complaint him. i feel hurt cause i have right to know everything.
The early payment is not few dollar, we are talking about Rm32000! I didn’t feel this company have good reputation as the support people have such attitude.

Nothing surprises me anymore since my dealing with Kim and Jaya Megah from the early launching days of Amara made me vomit blood.

I'm on board now and naturally hoping every bit that this development would turn out alright, 50% of the Zest will be consider bagus dy considering their 'progressive' mentality. But I can say one thing, no more Kim nor Jaya Megah in the future for me. Enough is enough.

how come? the kim realty sa serve me me very nice ler. think u bad luck meeting the wrong sa. but if dun satisfy then request for another sa lor...

since their completed (years ago) diamond residency also not bad, i think they should able to deliver what they promise for amara. comparing with the zest, amara facade look much nicer wor

I think I talk to same guy as you his name wong, when I ask him "can you fax me progressive billing" he answer that's no progressive billing, blah blah blah, then I ask when will it be, he answer: march or april but not sure. Then I said I want wait till march only pay lor, then he was laughing, I don't understand what's so funny about it
Another thing, his english very poor...
now I'm seriously thinking to sell my unit asap

should make a complaint , as last time i call jaya megah named Anis- she keeps saying " i Don't know".

Did anyone know DIBS buyer will received the billing as well?

not sure, but bank will inf us the status release of payment since they all very calculative on the figure..
I do nt knw Jaya Megah, bt d sound heard a bit serious to their staff service area.. For Kim SA, i'm still feeling good..

i went today to see the progress on the site. Just want to share the photos i took.

this project freaking slow...Mcity almost done the piling dy...

piling normally need half year...there r projects completed piling in 1 year. i think the progress is ok

M City pilling work jz d half way.. i blif Amara is faster den M City currently...

we launched earlier than M-city n we started much earlier than them le...
anyway..we shall wait and c...i still a bit concern of the road there...

is it majority take non-dibs that why jaya megah so steady ?

when compare to z residence we are very far behind in progress.

but since this structure is not very tall less than 20 storey, 2 years completion period is still within range, assuming they do speed up works.

if they can complete in 2 years time, i will give them big claps!!

jaya megah, dun let us down!! make it in two years!!

looking at the progress picture i dont worry much. normally this kind of project. foundation/pilling work may take 6 to 12 months. judging from the picture they already complete some of the pilling and starter bars for column & walls already up.

maybe 10% site progress already achieve. they probably busy prepare the documentation to claim from u guys. so get ready to sign ur cek book ;p
