Anyone receive letter from bank stated need to pay for the latest fire insurance ? I received final reminder for this letter. I called developer Ms.Theressa last month regarding this matter, she asked me to ignore the matter, but how can i ignore this matter, if i / developer did not pay it, there is a penalty fee right ? I need advice ...

These fellas just use standard template for both new development and subsale. |

hi helen, i never receive any letter from bank stated need to pay for the latest fire insurance. ambank loan taker also. mind to elaborate more about the fire insurance?
so now they admit its their mistake and no need to pay fire insurance anymore? |

I received the same letter from Ambank too, saying that this is the final reminder that the insurance policy/certificate covering the abovementioned property will expire on the said date.
I think i have to call Ambank as soon as possible also to avoid any charges. Omg this Ambank really troublesome. |

i just called to Ambank and that guy asked me to call to developer to get the renewed insurance policy and fax it to them,is this what you guys do?
