I am new here. However I have been reading LYN for a year.

Just to share some info with all bros and sis here. I was informed that the original main contractor was fired and the developer has hired its own team to run the super structure works.. So, the quality for the project shud be good since the developer would be handling the defects liability after VP. But then.... since it is the new team on board... the progress would be a BIG question mark...

may i know how much u guys pay for monthly house loan?

conventional billing based on completion of:
a) 10% upon SPA
b) 10% upon completion of foundation (for the building)
c) 15% upon completion of structural frame of your unit (not building)
d) 10% upon completion of the walls to your unit with doow & window frames
e) 10% upon completion of the M&E and roofing to your unit
f) 10% upon completion of internal and external wall finishes
g) 5% upon completion of sewerage connection to the project
h) 5% upon completion of infrastructural works
i) 5% upon completion of drainage to the project
j) 12.5% upon vacant possesion
k) 2.5% + 5% upon VP but to be held under stakeholder

which status is for amara now? i think i received a letter half a year ago stated at b or c then i never get any news from jaya megah.
so bank haven't release money for the rest yet?

Cilakak jaya megah cut down all the rain trees lining their side of the project along the road    what a waste. They must have been close to a century old and would have enhanced Amara's value and liveability .. so sad. Please anyone who visit the developer office, help tell them to compensate & plant big trees when project near completion !

Bros and Sis, is our Amara project covered under HDA ? Read somewhere in the internet that serviced apartment is now also covered under HDA with the ammendment done to the Act a few years back.
