dawn152 hows your hackintosh doing? managed to get the USB 3.0 ports working with multi beast USB 3.0 Driver? , I've managed to get it working but sometimes i need to mount the disk manually via Disk utility, hence everything is working fine, some read and write bench mark for USB 3.0 via cheap hard disk dock - Toaster, it comes with eSATA connection too, bought it at view net for RM110.00.
Hey
skitZo. Yup, the USB 3.0 ports are working fine and no need to mount the disk manually. However, I found that I have to disconnect all device on the USB 3.0 ports or the system won't boot properly (even after I've sorted out the boot priority list). No biggie though. I haven't tried to do a RAID on my system. That would be my next move. Also, thanks for your PM.

Thought I would share my build here after testing it out for a week. Seems to work fine, aside for some random freezes after an extended period of time. It's either have to do with my graphics card and/or my wifi adapter. I'm using a USB-connected network device to use my Maxis Broadband. It's a temporary fix until I get the parts to build
my own Apple Airport card. Hopefully that would fix it. While there are reports about freezes caused by the gtx460, my system seems to be running fine with it as long as I don't use the USB network device.
