The 10.1v was the first model which is thicker. It is no longer produced. I even saw it selling at simlim spore last Sunday
The LTE is for US markets with 4g

10.1v was sold mostly in europe. it was out earlier hence older, and mostly sold bundled with the carrier contract.

Celcom unit has chinese input pre-installed in the device, you can go for pin yin or hand write. For US tab, you can install the google pin yin in market if your tab do not have chinese input

I find out, if shut down tab, and plug in pc usb able to charge the tab. Cannot charge while tab is turn on.

sometimes....I work in SG so i need to use my data on my laptop as well...I haven get my usb mobile modem yet....In JB all selling 3.5G but my telco plan is 7.2G....

The PC USB power is INSUFFICIENT to charge the Tab. If you wish to use the PC, google for "ASUS Ai Charger" software, install it and try. With this the PC USB can now charge the ipad. Only Apple iMAC USB has sufficient power to charge the Tab 10.1

hi... mine is an unroot sgt2.. anyone can help about changing the item in the mini apps tray and the appearance of the back home recent and screen capture buttons??

I'd say if there are any mod to do these, definitely you need the Tab to be rooted as these make changes to the framework files

I dunno why people are buying this knowing it doesn't have microUSB or microSD
transformer is even better, waiting for S1 and new Toshiba makes more sense

Ask also why millions are buying ipad too, which do not have these either and worst you need iTunes to manage your files

i see no point to not buy SGT for just don have microSD and MicroUSB....
SGT got the point which is light and the screen is awesome...for the one who wanna get a netbook experience like tablet can go for asus TF...
i got SGT coz i felt tht the design and screen suits me more...

Anyway is not a big issue as you can now get the 2 piece connector set , which gives you full USB ( thumb drives, USB harddisk ), mini SD, full SD, micro SD card access

is tat microUSB and microSD card slot SOOOO important to u? Been using almost a month and never felt the need to even buy the adapters accessories YET.. i stream my media from pc at home, i pull my files from cloud when outside.. i cant even finish using my 16GB storage.. never think of the USB or SD card at all..

7.2G ?? which telco u used? the fastest network in the world now 4G LTE. izit max up to 7.2mbps that also 3.5G maa :-)
